Workout Week – November 20th

It’s Thanksgiving week! It’s hard to believe, but it really is here already. Because of the holiday, my workout plans are definitely going to vary from a typical week, but I still plan to fit a bunch of stuff in (between bites of sweet potatoes and pumpkin pie tarts).
