Workout Week – November 13th

I’m back at it!!! After a dizzying few weeks, I’m finally back into a workout routine. This past week was the first in a month that I was actually able to follow my schedule. I have high hopes for this week as well. Here goes:

Workout Week 11-13-17 - Very Small Bites

EACH OF THESE TWICE:

2 Mile Walk on the Sand

Ballet Stretches / Core / Mini-Flow

2 Mile Run

 

EACH OF THESE ONCE:

Ballet Class

Yoga Class

6 Mile Bike Ride

Away we go!
