Workout Week – October 23rd

Now that my fall work and teaching schedule has settled into my bones a bit more, I feel like I’m in the groove enough now to put a little more focus on my workout plans again. The darker mornings are starting to put a cramp in my outdoor activities, so I’m going to get creative to make sure I can fit it all in. But I get to run in a 5k to support the Virginia Beach SPCA on Sunday, and I can’t wait! It will be my first time running that race, and I am so looking forward to seeing all of the sweet pups.

Ballet Stretches / Core / Mini-Flow

3 Mile Run

Kickboxing Class (Yep, it’s time to get the gloves on again!)

2 Mile Walk on the Sand

12 Mile Bike Ride
