Workout Week – October 2nd

And somehow, it’s October. The air has definitely changed and the winds have turned, but the weather has remained absolutely gorgeous. According to the forecast, this next week will be basically rain-free and consistently in the 60’s and 70’s so this girl is going to take her workouts outside as much as possible.

2 Mile Walk on the Sand

Ballet Stretches / Core / Mini-Flow (On the Beach)

3 Mile Run

Ballet Class

6 Mile Bike Ride

12 Mile Bike Ride
