I can’t believe summer is almost over!!!!
This is the last week of the official beach season, and I honestly don’t understand how we aren’t still in May … this summer went by in a blink, and my heart aches about it.
My goal, therefore, is to spend as much time outside as possible in the next few weeks, and enjoy the warmth as much as I can before it fades.
EACH OF THESE TWICE:
2 Mile Walk on the Sand
3 Mile Run (One through the Park, One on the Pavement with Strides)
Ballet Stretches / Core / Mini-Flow (On the Beach)
6 Mile Bike Ride
EACH OF THESE ONCE:
12+ Mile Bike Ride
This is an ambitious list for me, but I am determined to make it happen. Giddy up!
