Workout Week – August 21st

I’m back in the saddle! Last week was a “no pressure” workout week, but this week will have an actual agenda and oh, am I going to follow it! I will walk, run, ride, dance, prance, and stretch. (Yes, I said prance).

Workout Week 8-21-17 - Very Small Bites

EACH OF THESE TWICE:

2 Mile Walk on the Sand

3 Mile Run (One on the Sand, One on the Pavement)

Ballet Stretches / Core / Mini-Flow

EACH OF THESE ONCE:

6 Mile Bike Ride

12+ Mile Bike Ride

Ballet Class

And away we go!
