I’m back in the saddle! Last week was a “no pressure” workout week, but this week will have an actual agenda and oh, am I going to follow it! I will walk, run, ride, dance, prance, and stretch. (Yes, I said prance).

Ballet Stretches / Core / Mini-Flow
EACH OF THESE ONCE:
6 Mile Bike Ride
12+ Mile Bike Ride
