We just returned from NYC (which I will tell you all about in a new adventure post – coming soon!), so my second run and second walk were replaced with walks through the city and ambles through Central Park.
This week, I’m going to shake things up a bit. I’m going to take a ballet class! NYC has inspired me to never again let ballet end up on the back burner. Although it is the most difficult to fit in my schedule, I need to find a way. And I will.
EACH OF THESE ONCE:
- 30 minute walk, followed by ballet stretches
- Yoga class
- 5 mile ride
- 12 mile ride
- Ballet class!!
EACH OF THESE TWICE:
- Ballet stretches, core, and mini-yoga flow at home
- 3 mile run, followed by ballet stretches
